Antalya’s Side Region Welcomes New 5-Star Hotel: Side Coast Hotel

A significant development is underway in Antalya’s Side region, as a new five-star hotel project has been announced. The Side Coast Hotel, spearheaded by Alfa Demirezen Topay Turizm A.Ş., is set to be constructed in the Karacalar neighborhood of Manavgat district. With an investment of approximately 616.6 million Turkish Lira, the hotel aims to enhance the area’s tourism infrastructure.

The planned hotel will feature 248 rooms, including 235 standard rooms, 3 accessible rooms, and 10 family suites, accommodating up to 506 guests. Amenities will encompass a variety of dining options such as a 300-seat main restaurant, a 200-seat open-air terrace, a 50-seat à la carte restaurant, a 100-seat beachside eatery, and a patisserie. Recreational facilities will include multiple swimming pools, a water park, a Turkish bath, saunas, steam rooms, and massage and therapy rooms. Additionally, the hotel will offer entertainment venues like a 200-seat cinema and a multi-purpose hall.

The project site is located within the Side Tourism Area and the Side II Tourism Center Kızılağaç Region, as designated in the regional development plans. Notably, the area is also recognized as a nesting ground for sea turtles, prompting the initiation of an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) process by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change to ensure ecological considerations are addressed.

The introduction of the Side Coast Hotel is anticipated to bolster the local economy, create employment opportunities, and contribute to the sustainable growth of tourism in the Side region.
